Major changes that impact scope, fees, or timelines require a supplemental or revised agreement. Revised proposals remain open for acceptance for fourteen (14) working days unless stated otherwise.
Delays and Force Majeure
Delays resulting from incomplete client information, late approvals, or unavailable materials may extend timelines accordingly.
If delays occur on our side, we will communicate promptly.
Events beyond reasonable control, including force majeure circumstances, are not considered a breach and may result in adjusted schedules.
Review and Acceptance
We conduct internal checks before delivering services.
Clients are expected to review deliverables within seven (7) working days and provide feedback.
Reasonable corrections or adjustments, where applicable, will be addressed within an agreed timeframe.
Client Duties
Clients must provide lawful, accurate, and complete information necessary for service delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for reviewing and approving materials before implementation.
Timely communication and decisions are required to maintain agreed timelines.
Attribution and Portfolio Use

Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use Final Deliverables as agreed.

Support and Maintenance
Ongoing support is provided only if explicitly agreed. Additional services may incur separate fees.
Any support obligations may be void if materials are modified by third parties without authorization.
